1. Pick Up service. For your convenience, we collect your packages.
You can request a collect through our website or calling at 01800 623 5700
2. Home Delivery. We deliver every package right at the receiver address
with no extra charge.
3. Digital Receipt signature. You can access our website and check your
package delivery document (shipping guide) with the name and signature
of who received it.
4. Document returns.When you require evidence of the delivery of your
document in addition to the shipping guide, you can request our
“Pro Number” service.
5. Special Deliveries.We can provide Special deliveries, such as:
• Retail delivery (by code)
• Schedule deliveries and special hours
• Specialized deliveries in the retail sector (supermarkets)
• Government deliveries

6. Returns management (inverse logistics). We take care of returning to
origin the inventory excess of our clients, end costumers returns, obsolete
products, seasonal inventory, etc., for which is required an special product
reception.
7. Guaranteed time deliveries in parcel service. This way our clients are
certain that the package is delivered on time or else the delivery service
is cost free.
8. Packaging and parquet service. To minimize damage risks and deliver
you cargo in the best conditions, we package and parquet your cargo
